Outplacement Support

Exiting an employee is a challenging time for HR, the impacted individual and the people remaining in the organisation.  While the emphasis is sometimes on the financial package it is the provision of Outplacement support that provides real added value for the concerned parties.

Outplacement support allows people to recognise, cope with and manage the impact of transition. It provides them with practical support necessary to transfer their skills and experience into future opportunities: a new job, return to education, retirement, setting up their own business, voluntary work etc.
